Frequently asked questions

How do I request a price?

Send the task, dimensions, quantity, photographs or artwork and installation requirements. Construction and site conditions matter alongside the total area.

Is the Reactor estimate a quotation?

No. The Reactor is a visualisation and briefing tool. Any displayed range is indicative; RETINA confirms the price and scope.

Do I need a permit?

This depends on the location and solution. Required approvals are assessed for the site. A visualisation is not a placement permit.

Can we begin without a finished design?

Start with a description and photographs. Send the materials available and explain the help you need.
