Installation and service
Request a quote
Even well-built signage needs service over time. LEDs, power supplies, vinyl and fixings age, while brands change. Service begins with identifying the actual cause of the issue and then deciding whether repair, refurbishment or replacement makes the most sense.

Questions and answers
Do you repair signs made by other suppliers?
After an initial review, yes, if the construction is serviceable and suitable parts are available.
Can only the LEDs be replaced?
Yes, if the housing and electrical system are in good condition. Sometimes replacing the power supply at the same time is more sensible.
Do you remove old signage?
Yes. Old signage can be removed and the site prepared for a new installation.
Can graphics be refreshed without rebuilding the structure?
Often yes. If the housing is sound, vinyl, face panels or selected elements can be replaced.
What should we send for a service request?
At minimum: one overall photo, one close-up, the address and a short description of the problem.
Specific materials, scope and technical construction are agreed after reviewing the site.
